Focus Uninterrupted!

Our facilitators come from many different language and cultural backgrounds. If you would like your retreat facilitated in a language other than English, American Sign Language, or British Sign Language, we are excited to announce that, subject to availability, we can offer retreats in French, Spanish, or Polish. Additional fees may apply - please contact us to discuss.

What do I bring?

What do I eat?

While our menu changes to reflect local and in-season items, we are happy to cater to all dietary needs. Information on dietary restrictions will be requested before your arrival. 

How many people can come? 

We can host 4-6 people at each retreat, depending upon accommodation preferences. 

I don't have a car, can I take the train? 

Sure! We're just a short drive away from Markinch Railway Station. We'll pick you up ourselves or arrange a taxi for you to be brought to the house.  We can also make arrangements from Edinburgh Airport (additional fees may apply).

Can I come to a retreat, but not stay overnight? 

Yes, our collaborative space can seat up to 12 people, which means that we can also host commuters.  The only condition we have is that you will stay for dinner, as its important to become part of the retreat community.  Separate pricing is available for commuter participants. 

What is the cancellation policy? 

You will get a full refund as long as you cancel within two months of your arrival (61 Days).  Otherwise, you will recieve 75% if cancelled by 60 days of arrival, 50% if cancelled by 30 days before arrival, 25% canceled by 15 days before arrival, 0% for fewer than 15 days.
