Off site activities could be training or team-building sessions, or a day of uninterrupted meetings to support strategic planning. To effectively facilitate your off-site, we'll spend time with the senior leader for a pre-consultation to identify the main goal. For example, your team may be working on a specific project (e.g. product launch), or perhaps you've all been working from home and now it's time to bring your geographically-dispersed team together! Whatever your goal, we'll work with you to design and facilitate an off-site that makes a meaningful difference.

How are the off-sites developed?

We carefully develop your off-site with you.  The most successful off-sites are when they are developed by the people who know the business most.  We will work with you to understand your goals, to co-create a programme that will maximise your productivity and set you up for success when you return to the office. 

What is the structure of the off-site?

How the off-site is structured will depend upon several factors including your overarching goal, who is in attendance, and the duration of your time with us. We will ask you to identify a specific task you want the team to accomplish each day, and we will ensure the programme includes time for reflection and fun. 

What is the role of the facilitator? 

Working with a facilitator is  a great way to ensure that the team's time is used efficiently and effectively.  More importantly, the facilitator will make sure everyone is heard by creating space for all team members to participate. 

Is the retreat catered? 

Packages do include food, which is either catered or prepard in house.  Menus and food preferences will be developed as part of the pre-consultation process. We will also make sure tea and coffee are flowing!

What is the cancellation policy? 

You will get a full refund as long as you cancel within two months of your arrival (61 Days).  Otherwise, you will recieve 75% if cancelled by 60 days of arrival, 50% if cancelled by 30 days before arrival, 25% canceled by 15 days before arrival, 0% for fewer than 15 days.
