Programme Structure
The retreat structure is evidence based and designed using the work of Murray and Newton (2009) and DeMeulder and Murray (2020). An example of a retreat structure is provided below. Depending upon the group the schedule can be adapted to allow for a bit more free time during the day and additional writing sessions at night.
